Leads Resolute Global’s corporate services practice, overseeing company registration, licensing, regulatory compliance, and market entry engagements for international clients entering Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Brings extensive experience of navigating Iraq’s commercial registry system and regulatory bodies across multiple sectors.
Leads the firm’s Iraqi diaspora service division, providing specialist support to Iraqi nationals across the UK and internationally with legal documentation, civil registration, inheritance, property, and government liaison matters. Manages the firm’s relationships with Iraqi government bodies and consular institutions on behalf of diaspora clients.
Leads the commercial intelligence and research practice, overseeing corporate due diligence, company background investigations, market feasibility studies, and competitor intelligence engagements across Iraq and the wider region. Combines investigative rigour with commercial context to produce intelligence reports that genuinely inform decision-making.
Based in Iraq, leads the firm’s on-the-ground operational capacity — managing direct engagement with Iraqi government ministries, regulatory authorities, commercial registries, and institutional bodies on behalf of clients. The essential link between our UK advisory capability and the Iraqi institutions that matter to our clients’ commercial objectives.
Manages client relationships across the firm’s corporate and diaspora service lines, coordinates new business development, and maintains the firm’s strategic partner network across the UK, Iraq, and the GCC. The first point of contact for many of our clients and the person responsible for ensuring every engagement starts on the right footing.
